Flexitext is a national textphone service with four textphone clients that is available around the clock. You can either download the client software to your PC and mobile phone or use Flexitext directly on your computer with the Flexitext Web client. More information about the different clients can be found in our Client Guide. The Flexitext services are free of charge. You pay nothing for your calls, but this may change in the future. You can both make and receive textphone calls. Two of the Flexitext clients include Voice Carry Over (VCO).
Registered
You need to be registered to make textphone calls both from your computer and your mobile phone.
Internet connection
You must have a working Internet connection since the service is internet based. You can use a fixed internet access as well as a mobile broadband or a mobile phone with internet connection.

This protocol is guaranteed by PTS. No changes can be introduced without approval from PTS.
